Blackberry PRIV (Horrible Customer Service) about an extremely poor customer service

This is about an extremely poor customer service that I am getting at the hands of Croma and Blackberry.

Issue: Display gone while using the phone.
Issue Faced on 26 / 05 / 2017
With reference to above mentioned details I faced problem with my phone while using it. I submitted my phone first at Croma, Karol Bagh, New Delhi to Ms. Shikha (Customer Support Service) where I was informed that I will get my mobile repaired after 25 days i.e. 21 June 2017, and on the date they told it will take another 5 days, which I agreed to. On 25 Jun 2017 I received a call from Ms. Shikha (Customer Support Service) at Croma, Karol Bagh, New Delhi stating “Sir we have received response from service centre and they are saying part is not available and don’t know how long it will take”. That was my first horrible experience with croma, where they kept my mobile for almost over a month and after that they are saying part is not available and not sure when it will be. What were they doing with my mobile for over a month, I don’t think it takes a month for any company & a big brand like blackberry & croma to realise that they don’t not have a specific part available of a mobile and on top of that they do not know when it will be available. For a mobile phone which is under warranty, is this how you guys treat your customers?
After this I walked in to Croma Odeon, CP, New Delhi, on 02 Jul 2017 from where I purchased this mobile. I wanted to take things to the higher level seeking for a Supervisor / Manager Intervention. Where I met Mr. Ravi (+919266695154) I gave him an overview of the entire situation, which he was already informed because I made complaint calls to croma customer care. There he again told me to go through the same procedure giving me assurance that he will look into the matter on priority basis and will get back to me after 48hrs of the time. What I got to hear after 48hrs was “Sir give us 3 days more to give you an exact update for the delivery of your repaired Mobile”. I still agreed to this. Whereas I did not receive a call from Ravi for the next 3 days, at the end of 3rd Day I called him myself where I found that he was on Holiday. On Saturday he called me and said after 22 days you will get your mobile repaired, but refuse to give anything in written over this. As I am going through the same procedure for the second time how can I be sure that they will keep their words this time.
After spending 35,000 Rs with established brands like CROMA and BLACKBERRY all I am getting is a run around with no mobile phone from over 40 days.
Such a pathetic customer service and run around received from Croma and blackberry. Why I say blackberry as well because that’s what Croma officials are telling me that black berry is not responding and delaying things at their end.
I will never refer anyone in my network to buy things either from croma or blackberry for that matter. I did not spend 35,000.00 to get this. Why do people prefer Brand, for quality of products, for excellent customer service but I did not get it from either Croma or blackberry after spending this huge amount. I am wasting all my weekends doing this. I am managing without the mobile from 40 days now.
Horrible Inefficient pathetic Customer Service received at Croma and Blackberry.
