car Manfufacturing Defect

Dear Sir/ Madam

I have purchased Hyundai venue Sx DCT+ car From Supron Hyundai Gurgaon Car Number DL 1 CAB 8298 and vehicle no MALFC81AVKM045276 at dated 8th Sept with worth of 12.96 Lakh with estimated price of car and other expenses like road tax car insurance etc.

First issue is that they have handed over Invoice of Insurance and road tax which are not matching what they claim from me. Till now nether they have given me Final invoice not stilled the extra amount which they have already charged during delivery of car. Total difference is aprox 4000 extra which they never return along with Final invoice.

Second while Drive this Car In Bumper to Bumper traffic for 15 or 20 minute its Dashboard Cluster shows a sign ' Transmission heating stop car safely.

I have reported this defect to Hyundai Motors as well as Supron Hyundai with complainant Number 1-3567156195. Firstly they accept that they will discuss this issue with Hyundai motors.

after 2 moth Follow up they come up with a new theory and advising to stop car at road side while this sign comes and its a feature of car.

during time of Purchasing it has never disclose to me abut this issue.

now a advisory has been given to me that once I cross Road jam or B to B traffic then car need to be stop road side till transmission cool Down.

Dear Sir/Madam - this is fully automatic transmission car and if its not suitable to High traffic area then why they are sailing this car in high traffic cities like Delhi / Gurgaon.

Sir no one want a Brand new car which need to stop at Road Side while cross a 10 15 min High traffic roads.

Now Sopron Hyundai Motor not taking any single responsibility or resolution for this Kind of defect.

Kindly Help to deal with this.as in 3 month and less then 5000 Km of driving this happened almost more then 60 times.
