faced too many problem with my Tata Nexon Diesel XM Model.
My Complaint Is regarding Music System and Power Pickup (Some settings of MDB Device mismatched automatically and Workshop set by laptop Its Will Appear in Nearly Every Ten Days)
So many times i complained for same Issue Every Time Workshop Do some thing But Issue Not Resolved Permanently.
I want to Know Why? Issue not Resolved Permanently.
A very Long Time I am waiting for that. Now not Want to Wait More Time.
I will wait for the solution only just for some more Days. Otherwise I will file my Complaint in Consumer Court and go for Replacement of my vehicle or Refund my Vehicle Amount
No one reply me and give me the truly response and status.
Very Poor Services.
TataMotors Services and TataMotors Dealers Shame on their service response.
Because they do not Track The Customer Complaint Status and Give Any Update Always Customer Go For want to Know Updated Status of their Complaint.
First he Is Already face the problem With their CAR and Second He trace the complaint status yourself.
