My new wagon r vehicle 1 year old met with accident, I went for repair at Hassan maruthi body shop. 1st one They took 1 month to return my vehicle. 2 nd one we think service at maruti service center will be good. They are the persons who know very good about their vehicles. They maintain maruthi standards in service. But it's all myths. Because , when they returned my vehicle, even after 1 month, some parts broken during their service not fixed again. Paint sprayed on glass and other parts not correctly cleaned. Rare wiper is not in its place. During painting care not taken, paint stick to seat etc. No good service. Vehicle not washed properly after service. Hassan service station is 50 km s from my place. When I ask them about this , their answer is, bring vehicle again to their service center. This is happened in the month of Feb 2023. Till date issues not resolved.
