wrong commitment

I have buyed car on 14/07/2020, vehicle number ka51mg5328, tata zest xms. the car was giving problem same I have escalated to cars 24 guys, but they have not given any proper response & stating it\'s your responsibility we are not responsible for this. I have invested 3 lakh & as per there commitment within 14 days if complaints is raised than it is refunded, I did within a week, but this guys have not given proper response. kindly look into this.
