Respected sir, my complaint against modern automobile Panchkula ,my s-cross car accident on last year month may2022..I parked my vehicle for repair at modern automobile Panchkula on 11-5-2022, for which I deposited half of the estimated amount 150000/- rs for repair with them on 2-1-2023.and they promised to give me the vehicle one month,but even after 7 month the vehicle was not handed over to me.I made many rounds this workshop is about 120 km away from my house.and have caused my financial loss and have caused me a lot of trouble,plz take action against them.
