This refers to my car repair done at Bagga Link Patparganj Ind. Area site. I reported issue of Battery and ECM theft on 14th of June . Firstly they took 10 days for repairs & arranging ECM . After so much of request and pains they have given the Car with so many faults intact & even new defects added to the car. Same i reported to Bagga Link customer care cell & GM service. Problem reported were as follows ,1.Car not exceeding the speed of 80KMH, 2.Car is missing & pick up reduced so much, 3.Car average reduced drastically 4.Car Bonnet fitment issue. During contact with GM he denied for ECM problem & asked me to check the car at some other authorized service station as i was out of station so I checked the motor at CM motors(02 service stations) Chandigarh & they confirmed that these all problems are because of ECM only. On 2nd July again i contacted to GM & now he agreed this problem is because of Local ECM purchased . As per my investigation & discussion with service advisor GM arranged the ECM from some local dealer & changed the software accordingly. This is completely a case of fraud & malfunctioning of my car parts performance. I want strict action over this illegal and unethical conduct and should be compensated.
