This is to bring into knowledge  that I Seema Jain bought  Wangon R LXI GREEN Model (DL3CAH-3088) on 28th December 2014


 


I have been facing this problem from second time in the row.


 


 


 


1)     AAA  service centre People are so much confused that whether my car has been serviced or not.


 


2)      Secondly I live in east Delhi which is very far away from service center, your people never return car on time after service and tell me to stay in my ofc to collect my car.


 


3)      Timings of returning car keeps on changing.


 


4)      My service booklet gets lost by your people and when I ask them about my car service status then they tell me about this thing, after yelling at them  they find my booklet again. Shows so much of leniency.


 


5)      They promise to service car in 15 mins, what car does get serviced properly in 15 mins please tell me.


 


6)      Am so mentally harassed by your company, I don’t think so that I’ll be maintaining my relation with your company in the future.


 


 


 


These people are very annoying Mr. joginder singh bulia, Mr. Satish, Ms. Sunita , Mr.Pankaj, Mr. Sahu, your body shop Advisor and customer care department.
