I was overcharged for a trip taken on 25th Sept arounf 6:25 pm from Building no. 5 to Sector 51 Gurgaon The initial fare shown was 149.however, after the trip was completed the fare was reviewed to 207 because surge of 1.4x was added.
I also have complaint that there is no transparent process of the trip charges (base charge and per km charges) that uber charges to customers. No transparent way they show that. Every morning and evening during office hours, they always put surcharge. The fare vary a lot. No explaination is given. Also they dont have a customer care no. to call. Customer support available only through app with very limited options. This harassment has been going on since 4-5 months
