Lost phone in UBER cab, Kindly help me as I left my mobile (OPPO-F5)

Dear UBER team,

Kindly help me as I left my mobile (OPPO-F5) in the cab no 7213, driven by Santosh Driver on 3rd July 2018 (between 11:00 to 11:30 am), And I am very sure about the fact because it slipped from my lap under the seat next to the driver when I was carrying my unwell daughter while leaving the cab.

I went to uber office the next day, but receive no help. they ask me to reach police station, with my little daughter I went to police station where they are asking for the details of the cab and driver. Finally, I logged a lost mobile case online but had no reply from it as well. Also, my email ID is blocked and I don’t have anyways to contact

Request you to look into the matter as it will be a great help. This is spoiling the company’s reputation.

Please help by asking the driver to return my mobile phone or call us on an alternate no. 9313042020 for us to pick the device
