Mera naam surender Kumar h from sirsa haryana. Mene ye number 8685858002 idea se reliance me mnp krwaya tha 2-3 month ho gye. Abhi 18 April ko 11:34 am pe mene rs.244 ka recharge krwaya tha jisme mujhe 3000 local minutes for any network and reliance to reliance unlimited milna tha. Company ki tarf se recharge successful ka sms b aa gya but koi bhi benefits nhi mile.me usi din se customers care pe call kr rha hu pehle kehte ki ab ye scheme change kr di h ab isme 1500 minutes milenge mene kha ok mam whi credit kr do kehte feedback le liya h 30 minutes me benefits credit ho jayenge or 2 din continue call krne pe yahi jawab mila uske bad ab wha call b nhi LG rha. Kal fir ek bar baat hui to kehte abhi koi help nhi kr sakte. Aaj 8th day h. Hme kya krna chahiye please help kre.
