Cab Booking Complaint

I took a Uber ride from IG Airport T3 Terminal to my residence at NBB-401 JMD Garden, Gurgaon on 19.7.2020 at 8.31. PM. The expected fare was showing as Rs371/-. But when I reached my destination, the driver demanded Rs.716/- as he started telling that the app shows it and I have to pay. I finally paid it in protest. When I complained to Uber, I received a reply that there was an outstanding charge of Rs.345.00 for the trip that was taken by me on July 16, 2015. However, the company was not in a position to prove me any details of the trip which I have undertaken and is added to this trip fare.
The breakdown of this charge was given by the company as:
Rs. 345.00 from the previous trip
Rs. 371.00 for the current trip
The total fare charged is Rs.716.00.
I had sent several emails/complaints and the standard reply was given for all and no one bothered to refund me the fare. I request you to please get me refund of the excess amount of Rs.345 paid by me. Screen shot of standard reply attached.
