Dear sir,
Please note that my complaint is more than 1 month old and I have also shared my Bank account statement as well as Google pay screenshot for the proof of Payment credited in your driver named as 'Rohit' account, still i have charged for both ways.

I have informed this issue to Ola on very next day of this ride i.e. 08/11/2020 through phone call and also by email communication followed by several Reminders but till date I have not received the justified action/ refund from your side.

I have raised the safety issue also alongwith the Billing concern, that also not addressed and no any action taken against the driver from your side. It simply create an image that Ola is appreciating such drivers who are making fool to the customer in terms of financially and simultaneously giving their health on risk in such pandemic.

If still you are not refunding the incorrectly charged amount against this ride, let me know so that I can forward this complaint to the consumer forum for necessary action and justified compensation for this harassment from Ola Cab services.
