Cheaters, scoundrels, Ola Cab Blocked my account wihtout any Reason

Dear Concerned,
The complaint is in regard to my Ola account which has been blocked by Ola. I am a regular ola Customer who is using Ola from last 2 months. But suddenly Ola has blocked my account without giving me a valid reason or without any prior intimation and on top of it the customer support team is not responding promptly and is closing the raised ticket. Only 2 people are responding and closing my raised concern without even letting me know. The 2 people from support team whom I have been asking to resolve the issue despite their ignorance are – Pugalyendi M and Saraswathi Singhe.
Kindly look into the matter and unblock my account asap. Plus a strict action should be taken against such scoundrels so that customers like me should not be cheated and irritated by them again and again.

With out any relevant reason OLA has blocked my account permanently due to which I'm facing problem. I mailed multiple times but their is no response from OLA.
