this is in reference to CRN 5218021443,
driver name AMIT KUMAR, car number - HR38W8908, WHITE ETIOS LIVA,
I booked a ride from airport to samaspur village Gurgaon sec 51, on 21st feb 2020,

I would like to make a complaint. the fare shown at the time of booking was 429 and due to some technical glitch in ola app the driver was unable to start the ride and asked half way to pay amount in cash. later upon reaching the destination fare jumped to 1500 and driver forced to pay the amount as he said that refund will be provided and i do not pay he will not be able to clear the ride and get the trips.


Its been 3 days i have been reaching out to ola through support through email but nobody responding or ready to help.
