Being charged twice , and now being threatened with legal action

I had taken two rides with ola cab on 25/03/2022
1. Rajnagar, Ghaziabad to new delhi airport (CRN 6104417489) Amt 983/-
2. Guwahati airport to Lalganesh, Guwahati ( CRN6105497977)
In many places like Guwahati, Assam, ola cab demands cash payment or cancel the ride booking. To avoid delays, I opted to pay by cash for both my rides. At delhi airport there was some network issues and the driver asked me for the amount shown at the time of booking, and I paid .
In guwahati, when I reached my destination, I was shown the amount to be paid, and I paid by cash.
A few days later, I had taken a small ride by ola, and my the amount to be paid went to my postpaid account. Next day I received this notification that I am to pay total of 2004/-( I had some amount left in my olamoney account) towards my postpaid account by 15th April. Immediately I contacted customer care and I was assured matter will be taken care of.
Received many calls from ola postpaid reminding me about due payment, but never addressing my complaint.
Now since last 10 days or so, I have started receiving what's app msg about payment due, and threats of legal action in case I fail to do so.
As everyone knows, no one answers ola helpline numbers, and don't reply to any complaints registered.
I am ready to pay 192/- (CRN6138564696 on 5th April), which I owe for the third ride. But not the entire amount.
