Subject: Regarding my complaint regarding the rebate of my phone bill & BSNL Employee misbehavior and Rude behavior Respected Sir, I am writing this letter to bring in your kind notice about inefficiency of BSNL employees of my city.i.e,Raichur. I am really fed up with the BSNL Landline connection because of frequent disconnections and Really Bad attitude of the Bsnl Employees. I have raised several complaints regarding the poor network and problem with their billing system but no one seems to really care about it. Hundreds of people of my city had discontinued the service of BSNL connection because of the very poor service in last few months, I have even booked DOCKET complaints from my mobile number and made a complaint on twitter also from past 9 months. Last year i.e. 2017 my landline phone was out of service for more than 60 days.No matter how bad the service may be but they have always made us to pay bill for whole month.So i Have raised several complaints to exempt the bill amount but not even a single rupee has been rebated so far. And most of my complaint were closed without even resolving them.They have even stopped attending my calls.Now after raising several complaint the Bsnl official are saying they had not received any complaints from me. The people of Raichur will be very thankful if necessary action is taken in this matter.
