I have placed an order with Omganesh wholesale dealer after getting its information on net as a blogger. I have ordered kaheera mahasin catalog and womaniya kurti catalog. Total amount they told me was INR 9790/-. Which includes shipping too. Then they send me their bank details to transfer the money. Their details are

I have transferred them whole amount i.e. INR 9790 on 06/09/2016. Today I received a courier which is having wrong catalog pcs of value only Rs. 4795 only. N now the person with whom i was talking is neither taking up my call nor replying to my messages.Please help me out. Please take strict action against her.
