sir our office land line no 08028457080 and 08028451437 not working for more than 20 days we have informed to to BSNL on 22-01-18.docket no 119038543832 and 119038633602. promised to resolve with in 24 hours. even after 15 days every day they are promise today technician will come and attend. even we escalate the problem to higher level with reference no 119091581881 after 3 days with out resolving they sent message your grievance resolved. we contact customer care center also telling the same and asking to register again. we are paying the bills regularly we are suffering with out communication more than 20 days we believe you will helps to solve our problem
