Unable to return online purchase product from ONLINECLUES.COM

I ordered a pack of 3 jeans on onlineclues.com with the order number CIN398688 on 21st August 2016 Product was pathetic condition. Tried reaching them through mail cc@onlineclues.com and their customer care 8053096538/39 which is busy all 8 hrs all working days which is impossible for any company. I suspect this company in haryana is a fraud to collect cash from the customer and make them a fool. please help me address it in returning this product and get my cashback.
