Regarding my credits on indiarush.com

I am Dr Brinda Chauhan.. I have ordered one kurti of 1499 rs from indiarush.com
Because of dissatisfaction I returned it on 14/4/16by courier service. It was delivered to respected place.as per company norm I should get credits of 1499 rs in my account. But it is not there.As per company policy credits are expired within 15 days.
I have mailed to company site but no reply is there, company's helpline no is always remain busy.
So I couldn't able to convey it to indiarush.
Kindly you do needful regarding my problem.
