Service Problem with Amazon

I placed two orders with Amazon. In first order, I waited 10 days after placing order but they did not dispatch when I contacted them and I was informed that due to network problem, order was not visible on their website so as per their suggestion I cancelled the order and immediately I placed another order on 20.02.2016 and dispatch date was confirmed between 25th Feb to 3rd March and till date I waited but in the morning I received mail from amazon saying that dispatch date is again extended.

NOW WHAT TO DO? ANY HELP I CAN GET FROM YOUR SIDE.
