Warranty/ Guarantee details: 90 days warranty for pasting & stitching.

Deficiency in product/ Service:
Hand bag's strap got broken from its stitching line and also failed from its material due to poor quality of material within 10 days of purchase.

On dated 06.03.2016 we reported issue to showroom manager (Mr. Ishtiyak Shaikh) and he refused to take complaint in rudely manner, later on he agreed to send the complaint to company for warranty and he told me that company will take 5 days to reply on warranty consideration.
Then after 7 days he called me and told that company is agreed to change broken strap assembly completely.
On 18.03.2016 Mr. Ishtiyak Shaikh made call to collect hand bag, but after checking of bag it was found there is no any change in strap assembly (which was committed earlier) and very poor quality of overlapped and extra stitch on existing damaged/ broken part of strap. And he rudely refused to take any more action about the matter.

Problem due to deficiency in product:
Mobile phone got damaged due to fallen of bag to ground in market place also felt embarrassed due to the same.

Three times follow up at showroom, and result is nil.
