Service Problem with Amazon

I Placed two orders with Amazon. In first order, I waited 10 days after placing order and when I contacted them regarding dispatch detail so they informed that due to network problem my order was not visible in their system so as per their suggestion I cancelled the order and immediately I placed another order on 20.02.2016 and expected dispatch date was mentioned between 25th Feb to 03rd March. till date I was waiting for dispatch detail but again I received one mail today from Amazon saying that the dispatch date is extended.

NOW WHAT TO DO?
CAN I GET ANY HELP FROM YOUR SIDE?
