REGARDING FLIP KART APPROVED ORDER NOT DILIVERED

I have ordered a Puma Casual shoes on dt.02.03.16 to flipkart order no is OD105377381475426000 and they are promise to delivered upto 09.03.16 but not delivered my order , within this period i am followed 3 time with customer are and they told me you don’t worry your order is approved and order delivered on within promise date 09.03.16
But on Dt.09.03.16 they informed to me your order is cancelled and your payment will be credit in your account upto 17.03.16.
But My payment was debited at 02.03.16 from my CR. Card Account and cr. card statement generated on dt.08.03.16.It will refund to me next month.
I am Lost My offer order and excess paid cr. cards charges on my Debited amount
So please take strong action as per law and to provide the My booked offer .
