REGARDING FLIP KART APPROVED ORDER NOT DILIVERED

Sir,
I am Booked Order on Through Flipkart on Dt.02.03.16 order no OD10537738147542600 for puma casual shoes and certified from them and Committed Dt 09.03.16 for Di livery. Between this period no status provided to me by MSG/mail etc. and I am called 3 time to customer care but they told to me don't worry we will delivered in promise date. But at dt. 09.03.16 they informed me your Ordered cancelled reason they know and regarding payment refund will upto 17.03.16.
Actually I am paid amount by Credit card and My Statement generated on 08.02.16 that amount is considered in My credit card Bill and should pay that amount and it will clear next SBI Cr. Card Bill 08.03.16.

I am very disappointed from them.
Sir you are requested to please clarify and give me justice to my complaint.
