refund of COD on clothe purchase

Dear Sir,

i was puchase saree from amazone online shopping site but when i got prodect that was different delivered by seller and told for return and they cancel the order and process the refund but they made cheqe by my sister name and i request to amazon team the she do not have bank account so plz process refund by name and my address but they told me the that you will get cheqe by your name with in 9-12 day but i wait 2 month still that i don't receive any cheqe many time i called to team every body told me you will get refund after 7-9 day finaly i recived the mail cheqe details but they deliver wrong address and again same problem facing from last 6 month and refund amount in 1425/-

now i am requesting to plz take care this and i also want to compensation of this reufund.

and i hope you will help me as soon as posible and i will got justic .
