I surrendered my land line phone 080-22584003 on july 9th 2020 and followed all procedures for refund of my security deposit. I paid all dues and expecting my security deposit of Rs.2000/= within prescribed limit of 60 days from the date of disconnection orders issued by Commercial Officer (SE) Bangalore on 15th July 2020. In spite of my repeated reminders lodging grievances I am yet to get my refund.
