I booked my Travel on seabird travels on 30-01-2022 from mangalore to bangalore. Pnr number is 5899152.The departure time is 10:37pm on Mangalore Pumpwell circle .i went before 15 minutes and no one called me regarding my travel .Volunterily i called to the mentioned number(9538853429) in my message.The person who spoke to me said please wait for 20 minutes there is a technical error in the bus so please wait they said.I also waited till 11 pm after that the bus came .I rushed to the bus but the Crew member of the bus told me that you are not booked for my bus please check another bus and the bus started running and i urgently called to the same number they said the bus is already on pumpwell circle and i again started chasing the bus and tell the driver to stop .he stopped the bus and scold me That your name is not mentioned here so i cant pick you in my bus likethat he said.i asked many times to check the Namelist but he wont accept any of my words.I shown him my message and after 10 minutes of argument he accepted to stay in the bus at 11 pm .I waited only for seabird travels.If i kept quiet means i need to wait till tomorrow but no one should come.I told them please dont make any other mistakes they said the answer casually and said do what you can .So kindly take action against Seabird travels customer care and the bus crew members.
