wrong charged and forcing to pay outstanding

Axis bank credit card has wrongly charged some insurance amt which is reverse after sometime but they have charged interest for amount not paid . If their basic charges are wrong and they have reverse the same then why shouid I pay interest ??
They are still sending message and making call for outstanding payment. Please help to overcome this. Credit card no : 4514 5700 3787 4941
