Dear sir / mam,

I’ve a credit card of RBL bank in the name of Sunil Goyal. I’ve not used my credit card for the last year. But now suddenly I received an email from bank side of outstanding amount 1265.07. But this is very shocking I never used my credit card and never take any insurance. When I write email for close my credit card account. They are saying first I pay all dues. They are forcing me for pay all dues which is I did not use. So kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.
