I got salary account (A/C no 919010054070532, Gangtok main branch) in AXIS BANK through my office. After some moths I received call from tally caller again and again for credit card. I accepted to make credit card. According tale caller that credit card was totally free (no annual fee/no one time charge/no processing fee).
After some time I received massage in my mobile to deliver credit card. Receiver name self (Rakesh kumar Roshan). Which i didn't receive. Immediate I consult to axis bank customer care. They assure me to blok your card. After that I consult to bank to close my account. He suggest me to visit bank. But I was on bed rest (suggested by Dr.). After complete treatment again I consult to bank and I have full fill all the formality. But still I didn't got solution. I am suffering this problem from last year.
