Transfered the money in wrong account

i have an account on state bank of india in branch mothrowala dehradun account no 34653518982 by name- shubham belwal .i am transfering the amount of 2000 through online banking (imps)to my union bank of india branch ajabpur dehradun account no-602502010001326 name- shubham belwal. so at 05/april/2016 time 04:59:06pm i am tranfering the money from my sbi account to my union bank of india account through imps service of sum rs-2000 but by mistake i have write a wrong digit account-i.e 622502010001326 and the money goes to that account. so at that day i call customer care of union bank of india & complain about it so they give me a email id that is cbsajabpur@unionbankofindia.com
i have mail a written application to that id at 06/April/2016 at morning & call to the bank MR Rajesh sir manager of union bank of india has pick up the call & say that they received the mail . after that i have wait for one week & call first they did not pick up the call after calling 4 to 5 times when they receive they say that the complain is in request i have wait for next day & call again they say same thing. i am in lucknow doing my graduation from here & after waiting for 17 day i go to dehradun from lucknow & go to bank & meet branch manager. after that they say wait for 2to3 days when i go to bank after 3 days they say go to your sbi account & mail a letter from behalf of manager to our account that from my account money has been deducted at that day so i do that & go to the bank manger of sbi & give a information about it they mail a letter from his side and send to union bank of india . after that when i go to the union bank they say wait for next2-3 days . after that when i go to the bank after 3 days they say that this work cant be done from here it is account of calcutta so you have to wait or write a mail to ubi to calcutta branch.so sir i want to say that i have been waiting from last 32 days & i have suffered my education also when i travell to dehradun from lucknow & back to lucknow .& they also not answering my call & not doing any thing i dont know why they are doing this to me
