SBI Wrongly charged processing fee

I have a query on "processing fee" applied on my Maxgain account as mentioned below:

My SBI Maxgain OD account number: 35802708922

My OD Maxgain file was login in March 2016 when SBI had introduced the offer of waiving off processing fee on Home Loan transfer. My file was started by Amit Ojha and login happened in March 2016. But when it was processed by RACPC, they charged me the processing fee which should be waived off as per the offer. I request you to please look into this issue and kindly refund my processing fee?
