Hi,

My name is Arjunkumar Reddy, I want to raise complaint on HDFC bank.

I am using HDFC platinum edge Credit Card from 2014 to till now, i have 33000 reward points.
When they offer the credit card each reward point equal to 40 paisa. I am trying to redeme those reward points but now each reward point equals to 15 paisa.
In December 2016 only they did this change(40 paisa to 15 pasia) and they have not informed me through message or mail. I called HDFC customer care and
raised my concern with them and asked them to proivde 40 paisa for till Novemeber 31st 2016 reward points and rest 15 paisa but they said 'NO' its not possible its company policy
we can't provide.
