My name is SWAPNEEL BHIWAJI SHINDE ,I have saving account in dena bank in ghatkopar east (mumbai)branch on 28/11/2016 I have purchased a mobile phone from amazon of 7990 and made payment by my dena bank debit card but only once transaction was successful but payment is deducted from my account twise,so I gave complaint on 3/12/2016 in dena bank DOMBIVALI west branch they didn't gave me complaint number but said they sent mail to department but I should contact my home branch(GHATKOPAR east)for further follow up after 15 days so I went to ghatkopar branch on 16/12/2016 I contacted to PRADNYA madam she said there is no complaint or any mail regarding my issue so I have to lodged another complaint so I did,but today i contacted PRADNYA madam but she is not ready to take any responsibility and not ready to tell me anything,so tell me what should I do its almost one month and bank representatives not responding,this pathetic service from dena bank,so pls help me.
