Regarding Tax on Debit Card Purchase

I always try to use Debit Card for Purchase of anything for cashless transaction, but when i checked my Transaction details online, i found that instead of 500 rs debit for purchase of petrol, i have been debited 514.04 rs and that has happened 2 times.

Also this happen with BOI Debit card payment at Particular Petrol Pump only (Address of Petrol Pump, HP Petrol Pump, Vasna Road, Vadodara, Gujarat)

I have done Payment with Axis Bank at other petrol pump, but that service charge or Tax was not levied.

I want to know what kind of tax is this which is levied by particular bank only
