One Assist is Escaping from the commitment and coursing loss of Rs 20000/=

On 27/04/2017 I was in need of Rs30000/= . I gone to ATM of Union bank of India. One several attempt I received Rs 10000/= and in next attempt to draw rest Rs 20000/= I found massage on screen "insufficient fund".Being stronist I asked forMini statement where I found that two withdrawals wasBalance enquiries and found before receiving Rs10000/= there was two withdrawals at 08:51am and at 08:55am , in fact which which was not delivered and lastly 3rd withdrawals which I received at 08:56am Rs 10000/=.
In this context I will like to add that I received only Rs 10000/= which was delivered at 0856am .Previous two delivery was niether deliverd nor any SMS came to my registered mobile no 91-9931158406 .I informed to my bank as well as to One Assist and not only followed rather provided all required documents as One Assist asked me time to time.Finally One Assist said that your claim has been sent to concern Insurance company for necessary action and getting confirmation we will intimate you with in Sixty days . After expiry the the days When I asked about my claime they replied that your claim dose not come under preview of company guidelines So,your claim has been closed.
Going through the whole story I found that one assist has make me fool by making me the member of One Assist with false assurance that they will protect my all credit and debit card if anything happens wrong. Not only that I asked them go through CCTV FOOTAGE WHICH CAN PROVE MY STATEMENT WHEATHER I HAVE RECEIVED THE FIRST TWO DELIVERY OR NOT but they never provided nor gone through the CCTV FOOTAGE.
KEEPING THE ABOVE FACTS IN VIEW I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY Consider my case sympathetically So that I may get justice and may get the lost money Rs20000/= earlier.
