SBI Sector IX, Non credit of Rs 17000 in my account

I have deposited Rs 17000 in my SBI Sec IX account No 32030509037 SBI Sec IX B.S City through ATM on 17 Nov 2016 but that amount has not been credited in my account. I have lodged my complain vide ticket No 2898843667, sent letter to SBI vide speed post No EJ33785636914IN & Banking Ombudsman at Patna vide speed post No EJ337856488IN. Till date resolution has not been provided and Rs 17000 has not been credited in my account
