FRAUD DEBIT CARD TRANSACTION ON ICICI BANK

Dear Sir,
On 06th Aug,2016 at around 05:00 pm, I received 3 messages regarding 3 debit card transaction of total 16100 INR on my ICICI bank account. As I have not done any transaction, I, instantly, contacted the customer care and blocked my debit card and raised a complain regarding these unauthorized transactions.
On 08th August,2016 I went to the bank i,e ICICI BANK, BISTUPUR, JAMSHEDPUR, JHARKHAND for further complaining, where they denied for solution( as it is being handles by their head quarter).
On 09th August, I received a message from ICICI bank that my complain has been declined as the transaction was made through 3d secure pin.

I would like to draw your attention that I have never shared any of my card data to anyone. And the culprit has generated the 3D secure pin at the same time of transaction regarding which I have not received any message on my registered mobile number. So, it is the mistake of ICICI bank for not providing any message when the 3D secure pin was generated.

When I tried to explain the issue to the customer care at around 03:28 pm on 09th Aug, the customer care representative disconnected the call.
So, it simply indicates that they are avoiding and running away from the fact that the unauthorized transaction was due to their security fault.
Even they have denied for further investigation on the same matter.

    Somebody called from ICICI bank from this number 840905221on Saturday. she told your Aadhaar no. is not updated your ATM card is blocked I sent one OTP no. give that I will updated your Aadhaar no. like that she told after that she has taken OTP no. and in my account deducted Rs.4600/- last 3 Transaction. Please help and reimbursement the same
