On the night of 22nd September,at 10:02 pm Rs.25000 from my bank account were taken out. I never shared any of my personal information with anyone.I filed an FIR the next day in the cyber crime police station also I lodged a complaint with bank, but they were very unsupportive and did not help me and also the crime happened because the bank administration has not properly taken care of the ATM machine, it is unguarded and there is no CCTV recording. Crimes like this have happened previously with the bank but bank is too careless to report any activity. I request compensation.

    With due Regards, I got retired from PNB on 31-03-2021 and Deposited my Retirement dues to mine Accounts 7377000200000046 But to my Surprise someone or other have vacated mine deposits on 03-05-2021 morning at 5.18 in a different mobile no which is not Registered in our bank, I have not Shared mine 3 ATM card No Nor CVV nor OTP No to any one. I have lodge a complain on online toll free number and local police Station on 03-05-2021..Please See that mine retirement dues deposited in mine account can be got recovered at the earliest.
