My son, Kumar Gourav has ATM Card Of SBI Main Branch Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. He used ATM at BIT Mesra Campus, Ranchi on 2nd october 2015 for withdrawing rs. 1000/- but machine did not dispense the amount of rs. 1000/- but amount of rs. 1000/- deducted from his a/c. His a/c no 20101068400 and ATM Card No- 6220180009600854732.
Sir, I complained regularly to SBI main Branch Jamshedpur Jharkhand but no action taken yet from Oct'15 to till 10th march 2016. Pls I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible. My Mobile No- 9534137824
