NON ISSUANCE OF NOC car loan from mahindra finance

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had taken a car loan from mahindra finance in the year 2013 which i have repaid well with one cheque bounce and the same paid the very next day, there is one EMI pending because of non presentation of cheque by the FI for which i was informed that my cheque has got bounced for which i have submitted all required proofs of having sufficient balances in my a/c.Now i have been following with the concerned officer mahindra finance branch East marredpally hyderabad but all has gone to no ears.
