money deducted from account but didnt credited to other account

Dear Sir/Mam, I have transfered amount Rs 2890 from HDFC to Kotak bank account. Transiction is successfull but amount is not credited to Kotak bank account. I have contacted to HDFC and Kotak bank. As per discussion with HDFC customer care, they told me amount is transfered to the kotak bank. After that, I have contacted to Kotak bank, they told me such transiction is not happened. Kindly guide what action require to get my money.
