I have done the NEFT trasaction on 11th april 2016 with 15,000 Rs. which was debited by iMobile application operated by icici bank two times but given the approval only for one time transaction, due to the software malfunction I had to gone through mental troma and abuse form the icici staff as I had complain on this regard on the same day of the transaction happen with SR408468560, but till today I didn't got my refund back.
