Dear Sir,
I have salary account with Kotak Mahindra Bank, Dhole Patil Road Branch. The Account Number is 8111642430
I had balance of Rs. 1800/- in the account. On 27th March 2016, while paying petrol bill it showed system error !!! Due to which my brother could not pay petrol bill by using the Kotak Visa Card. As the last week of the month my brother had no cash balance as well as I. I was at home at the time. After mobile call with my brother I arrange Cash from neighbor for the payment of the Petrol bill. Then, I reach to the petrol pump where my brother was waiting for me.
Up to the payment of the petrol bill I feel shame for the same. And also I feel Shame for arranging small amount of Rs. 300/- from neighbor.
I also could not withdraw cash from ATM, due to which I could not transact for the whole day.
I have received email alerts as well as sms alerts from Kotak Mahindra Bank showing System Error.
