In the last minute vedika bank rejected my loan.

I submitted my all legal papers to the vedika bank officials. They told me that we upload you full details in our software for eligibility test that's takes more then 10 to 15 days. After that they refused me day after day by saying the approval of my lone is still not approved bay thear higher official appro 7 days... After that I visited to the nearest vedika branch of my city Agartala.
They take more 2-3 days time from me. For getting my loan approval and complete my other loan process. Thay all so assured me by saying my score is good and I'm get my loan in next 48 hr. Thay visiting my home to sarve and take some pictures of my shop and stocks. They said ok you ar eligible for vedika loan and they also tell me Next day I will get my loan in my SBI account. But after some hours they informed me by saying that vedika has change there old software and upgrade in to new software... Thats why they rejected my holl loan process and stop to send loan account in my SBI account. They also tell me that company has stop giving all categories loans for next 1 month or more. For this reason I am facing money problem, and my market image is destroyed, because I trust on vedika bank and there team. I need some help form you for justice. And get back my previous market image. If thear is any mistake in my Lett or English grammar then sorry and plz ignore because I am not good in English.
