Sir, I took car loan from HDFC bank on 26th Feb 2015.RS 304379/-. The EMI Rs 9970/-.Every 5th month EMI suppose to deduct from my federal bank account. On 5th of Nov2015 EMI did not deduct. I have balance amount RS 149444/-.They told you pay by cash so I paid on Rs 9970/- on 16.11.2015. They again deduct from my account on 18.011.2015.RS 9970/-which is double the EMI So I have comp lent, they re pay amount
RS 9343/- Which is Rs 627/- is less. They do intentional. I want Rs 627/- to be credited to my account back.
