Harassment complaint from kotak bank recovery agent

One of family member had taken a personal loan from kotak bank in year 2007 of amount 35000/- this information given by the recovery agent, i also cross verify this information with my relative and this information is true.
As i requested recovery agent to show me the document regarding my enrollment in this loan process
And i also ask him that i am a guarantor for this loan.
Recovery agent says no, there is not your name mention in any document. So i requested him not to call me for the same i am not able to help for the same
But from last week they started calling me and talking using abusive language and treat me like i am the loan holder.
Recovery agent forces me to call my family member and told to pay the loan amount. If i said no to them, they continually call me and start harassing.
I have continuously requested them that i am not responsible for your loan recovery that is not my job but they are not listening any single word. If i disconnect the phone or not answer their call they start calling on my office phone and speak roundly with the office staff, and threatens me if i am not receiving their call they will call on office landline continuously and make trouble for me.
Please guide me to get out of this problem

    Dear Kotak Team,

    Please this is very serious issue need your help!!!

    From last 1 weeks myself and my wife got harassed by some recovery agency from Noida ,We only have phone numbers and personal number Name - Mr, Vinay Shukla Number are - +911409303992 , +911206173300 of one recovery agent as once he called from personal number to harass my wife.

    Here interesting fact is either my wife or myself don't have any loan with said bank. In 2017, Father-in-law of my wife got defaulted with a bank. By that time even I am not married that is this Father-in-law of my wife is some random person to me.

    Now the recovery agents repeatedly calling me and my wife asking her to repay the loan. I didn't get why should we get the call in first place. We tried our level best tell them that we are no way responsible for that loan. Even the loan documents they have doesn't have our names (of course, impossible to have my name as I haven't married by that time and my wife is still a student)

    They are using all the abusive words they know and also threatening to kill her father Even though we don't have a recordings as our numbers are post paid we have statements to show that we got call from them.
