Given Loan on Already Mortgaged property complaint to State Bank of Patiala

State Bank of Patiala, 10 NAVYUG MARKET UP-245101 Ghaziabad Branch has approved and sanctioned the loan on the property which was already mortgaged by PNB Housing finance Ltd., and the Bank has created the false Search Report of legal and provided me the loan on that property, and when iam asking to the bank about this cheating he refused to give me any answer and saying that its not your matter, its a bank internal matter..

Kindly help me on this matter because now builder is not paying the EMIs to PNB housing finance and they are pressurizing me that this is PNB banks property and you have to leave the house..

Now the state bank of Patiala is merged with State Bank of India. so now our property papers and other things are handling by the State Bank of India New Arya Nagar Ghaziabad 201301

Also i want to know that the bank has crossed check the NOC with PNB Housing Finance bank which was provided by the Builder..

And also the Loan amount transferred to whom?? if not the PNB bank...
